Lessons Anytime
For students who want a flexible lesson schedule. Lessons must be scheduled individually, in advance; the lesson time is not automatically carried to the next week. Payment for call-in lessons must be made prior to mounting. Cancellations of call-in lessons must be made within 24 hours of lesson, or you will be charged for the lesson.
Hello Horses!
For both students and their family members, Hello Horses! is an unmounted lesson which helps people unfamiliar with horses learn how to groom, lead and tack a horse. We go over safety rules to follow when around a horse. Call for an appointment 410-721-0885.
Suggested Apparel For Riding Lessons
For your safety, an approved riding helmet (provided), hard-soled shoes with one-inch heel, and long pants are recommended. Riding pants or long slacks and tall boots or chaps are recommended for your comfort.
Preparation of School Horses
Notify your instructor for arrangements; our horses can be tacked and ready prior to each lesson (except for the bridle). With instructor approval, you may groom and tack your horse prior to your lesson and/or use your own saddle.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of lesson or practice ride time.
*Lesson time includes preparation of horse (bringing horse from stall to arena, mounting, etc.) and returning horse to stall.
